Can I change my start date after confirming the appointment?
No, once your appointment is confirmed, the start date cannot be changed.
Can I send questions via WhatsApp on off-days?
No, follow-ups happen only on the scheduled days in your plan to ensure fairness for all clients.
What if I can’t attend my Zoom call?
Please notify us in advance, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
How do the daily or weekly follow-ups work?
Follow-ups are done via WhatsApp on the designated days (e.g., Sunday–Thursday, or daily except Friday, depending on your plan).
