Great but with some improvements.

Thank you for the program, which has helped me kick off my summer weight loss journey. While I enjoyed it, I felt that it could have been more informative in some aspects. In other words, while I know the need for complex carbs instead of simple ones on the mid and high carb days, I would've liked to see a list of those at the end to make it easier to choose from. Similarly, some more clarity on what is strictly forbidden (i.e., sugar and dairy) - but what about alternative options (e.g., stevia, coconut yoghurt, etc), nuts (e.g., brazil nuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)? I was left wondering if it was possible to incorporate these things. Some additional advice/disclaimers on what can be consumed if hunger kicks in, as this was the case on some days. Also, how to portion the home-cooked meals in terms of carbs, proteins, etc, in Arabic dishes like kibbe bil soniyye would have also helped. Overall, the program was well organised and planned; however, these additional tips would have elevated it further and facilitated the progress clearly.
