This is me, Nathalie,  Dietitian Nutritionist, self-proclaimed whole foods connoisseur, well-being advocate, lover of delicious food, and fitness fanatic. Living Whole and Eating Well should make you feel radiant, sexy, and energized as much as it nourishes your cells!


Yes, I eat, breathe, sleep nutrition; but I also love “experimenting”/cooking in the kitchen with my culinary creations and being active. I used to be morbidly obese, yes, a solid 150 kilos and have managed to lose the weight over the years by incorporating a healthy lifestyle and a more active life. I often get asked about my workouts, I love weight training, tennis, Zumba and outdoor activities (when the weather permits). I absolutely love to cook and in the past years, I transformed my non healthy cooking lifestyle to one that is simply healthy and delicious. I absolutely love to explore various parts of the world and traveling goes hand in hand with nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.


Prior to living in the Middle East, I lived in Miami, Florida and attended Florida International University for a B.S. in Biological Sciences, an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition and an M.P.H in Health Policy and Hospital Management. I completed my dietetic internship while receiving a Masters of Science with an emphasis on Obesity and Diabetes. My Masters thesis investigated Metabolic Syndrome in Morbid Obese patients.

I’m a member of several professional organizations (current/past): The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietetic Practice Group, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.
